Christmas by the Bay

Friday - Sunday, November 22 - 24, 2013

 

 

This kick off to the holiday season starts with the annual tree lighting ceremony with entertainer Randi Fay on Friday, Nov. 22nd and the Santa parade at 10 am Saturday Nov. 23rd, followed by special children’s activities and hay wagon rides. Don’t miss photos and brunch with Santa on Sunday morning, Nov. 24th.

Shops will be decked out for the season with holiday gift ideas galore and special extended hours.

Holiday shopping without the crowds

Discover one of a kind treasures in our charming specialty shops. Our three distinct shopping districts offer a variety of home accents, fine art, and holiday gift & decorative selections. Don’t miss our holiday specials! (such as… Christmas by the Bay Holiday Stroll, Holiday Ornament Showcase, Red Hot Holly Dot Sale).

Culinary delights in a peaceful setting

Our unique restaurants offer culinary delights for every palate, from fabulous ethnic cuisine to fine American fare. Stop by one of our quaint cafes to warm up with a cup of hot cider or spirit and a delectable dessert.

Merry-Time Festival of Trees

Merry-Time Festival of Trees is a new initiative to joyously celebrate the holidays, promote our Sturgeon Bay and greater Door County community, and help raise much-needed Museum operating support. This event will replace the Museum's long-standing Ports of Call gala and expands the Holiday Ornament & Decoration Showcase.
