Carve out some time to come to Sturgeon Bay’s annual Fire & Ice Weekend on February 17 and 18!

Watch as snow and ice sculptors create beautiful artwork throughout downtown Sturgeon Bay - Friday and Saturday - competing for cash prizes and the recognition of the People’s Choice award.

Snow & Ice Carving

Snow Sculpture

The icy fun begins at 9:00 am with a city-wide ice and snow carving competition featuring novice, intermediate, advanced, and professional artists.

Spend the day perusing our unique shopping districts, while the artists transform 300-lb. blocks of ice and snow into incredible masterpieces.

No experience necessary! All tools will be available for use, and cash prizes will be awarded!

Everyone is welcome to attend the award ceremony at 3:00 pm in the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center office.
