Steel Bridge Radio exclusively broadcasts the music collaboratively written and recorded at The Holiday Music Motel in downtown Sturgeon Bay. The motel began hosting songwriting events in 2006 as part of Steel Bridge Songfest, an original music festival designed to raise awareness over the plight of the then-threatened historic Michigan Street steel bridge. Since that time, two other songwriting events emerged–Dark Songs and Love on Holiday–resulting in over 1500 original songs having been written and recorded at the motel.
